Product Description
Badger Complete Head Assembly
The Airbrush tips have small holes that allow the air to mix with the paint to shape a spray pattern. If the head and tip gets clogged you can take it off and clean it. For the Badger airbrush to work properly it needs to be cleaned regularly. Because the airbrush is such a precision instrument it should be cleaned with the proper solvent after each use. The Badger Airbrush head and tip deserves some special attention. If you drop your airbrush you risk bending the tip. If your airbrush sprays spurts and blotches it's time to replace your the full head and tip assembly.
Tip, Head, Regulator and Washer DOES NOT INCLUDE NEEDLE
The Badger Complete Head Assembly define what size of spray pattern you will get from the airbrush.
Differences in Paint tips:
- Fine .2mm The Fine head and tip creates a hair line to 3/4" spray pattern.
- Medium .3mm The medium head and tip creates a pen line to 1" spray pattern.
- Heavy .5mm The Heavy head and nozzle/tip creates a pencil line to 1 1/4" pattern.
Each spray tip requires a regulator of the same size. Your airbrush came with the fine tip and regulator. You will need a medium regulator when ordering those tips.
